Let’s feel like flaneurs as we wander through the layers and stories that make up the Gracia neighborhood, a town with its own character, reinforced by a network of public facilities and spaces that provide quality of life for its inhabitants.
Plaça Lesseps and Jaume Fuster library
We’ll begin the route from the controversial Plaça Lesseps, a junction between neighborhoods and scales of the city, surrounded by the magnificent Jaume Fuster library by Josep Llinas, the residential buildings by the OAB studio, and a small square by the MAIO studio.

Our erratic walk will take us along the so-called “route of the squares”, we will discover the evolution of Modernisme Architecture from the Casa Vicenç by Antoni Gaudi, the City Hall building by Francesc Berenguer, to the Casa Fuster by Lluis Domenech i Montaner and we will delight in the rehabilitation of the Mercat de la Llibertat…
