Politics, Economy, and Architecture

Architecture, as the discipline that has the privilege but also the responsibility to articulate the social, political and economical in a collective aspiration is in a space of redefinition. Eva Franch has over the last decade produced a series of projects that have rendered anew the complexities of contemporary culture and the role of architecture. From her work as the Chief Curator and Executive Director of Storefront for Art and Architecture in New York, to her current position as the Director of the Architectural Association School of Architecture in London, Franch will present a series of provocations, projects and reflections about architecture today, and where architecture -and society- might be tomorrow.
